I've been taking a community step aerobics class for the past 10 months. It's taught at the RB at BYU and the class follow the semesters (fall, winter, spring/summer). We just started fall classes and my instructor asked if I would be her TA . I was pretty excited about it because I get into the class, and the other 11 offered classes, for FREE! I love to go to the gym and work out, but I've always hated having to pay a fortune to be a member. The classes at BYU are pretty reasonable and so they've been a great alternative to the gym. Now I have a small responsibility, but I get a great workout for free. Love it!
