Brick Oven Pizza with Buona Forchetta

I went to my second Italian cooking class with Buona Forchetta. The first one we learned how to make pasta with olive oil and shrimp and this class was all about pizza. We met in a backyard of some friends of the teacher's who have a brick oven and tried pizza after pizza. They made margherita, zucchini, zucchini flower, potato, and ricotta and prosciutto. I'm not a huge pizza lover, but these were all delicious!

  1. Those look so good! When we were in Boston we had pizza that had ricotta cheese on it. I loved it!
